| A: We use T/T mostly, others like D/P, L/C we do also. |

| A: We do FOB, CIF, CFR, CNF and EXW, FCA, DDU etc |

| A: Yes, we do produce according to customers' sample and drawings, datas. |

| A: Usually 30-45 days after receive deposit, if quantity is large may go to 60 days. |

| A: We do 100% inspection and QC passed, some items we do two times of inspection before devliery. |

| A: We guarantee that all of our products are free from defects. We will take back any product that does not meet the agreed quality by both parties. Usually the guarantee period is 18 months after shipment and 12 months after installation, which is earlier . |
